Exchange Policy

No returns. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Contact cs@dickandjanesbk.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your exchange is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of our confirmation email.

You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dick & Jane's.

Exchanges are available only for items purchased at retail price. All discounted items and collaborations are final sale, no exchanges.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

To cancel or change an order, contact cs@dickandjanesbk.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
